Vintage art deco silver colored finish metal vase made with repousse relief technique. It’s probably aluminum, the vase features raised embossed floral patterns. This piece does hold water but I believe it is meant for decorative purposes or decorating with dry flowers. There is a small blemish, chip of the inner lining as shown in the last photo. It is 9.5 inches tall. The top diameter opens 5.25 inches and the base diameter is 3 inches.
