The lid is round, black in color, the body is in octagonal shape and beautifully decorated with Asian/Chinese characters. featuring a man under a cherry blossom tree and two ladies under a peach tree. it is 6 inches tall. Diameter of the lid is about 3.6 inches. The base of the tin spreads about 4.5 inches. Beautiful patinas here and there because of the age.
