Vintage art deco silver tone finish metal vase made with repousse relief technique. It’s probably aluminum, very light, the vase features raised embossed floral patterns. This piece does hold water but I believe it is meant for decorative purposes or decorating with dry flowers. There is a small blemish, chip of the inner lining as shown in the last photo.
